Our table d'hotes
In the evening at Les Peyrouses, Thierry is the Chef of the Table d'hote in Sarlat-la-Canéda.
Whilst having a homemade walnut or peach wine aperitif (or any others from our menu), he will share with you his passion for cooking, weather you are staying in our guests houses or our holiday rental.

Over the seasons, The chef will serve, for exemple:
- Perigourdine salad with homemade foie gras and smoked duck magret
- Asparagus feuilleté (pastry)
- Duck confit and pommes Sarladaises with cèpes
- Poêlée de girolles
- Homemade Salmon gravlax
For dessert, do not miss out yhe delicious walnut crème brulée, the fresh fruit gratin, the homemade profiteroles or the chocolate fondant and many other surprise !
The table d’hôtes by prior reservation only
The menu includes, a main course and a dessert for € 21 (excluding drinks). It will be marked on the slate in our dining room.
Cheese platter for those who wish with a supplement of 5 €
Dinner will be served on the terrace if the weather permits or in the dining room in case of bad weather the safety distances must be respected.
Our menu changes everyday with local and freh products.
