Terms and conditions of our bed and breakfast LES PEYROUSES

 

Booking

Stays are guaranteed as soon as the deposit is received which will be then deduced from your final invoice. The deposit is cashed when received. The deposit has to be paid within 7 working days.

 

• 1 or 2 nights stay: deposit: price of 1 night stay

 

• 3 nights or more: deposit: 30% to 50% of the total price of the stay

 

• Groups: The owner may ask for a deposit of half of the booking (amount of night not changeable). The deposit is non refundable.

 

3 ways to pay the deposit:

 

• Bank cheque (witten to Les peyrouses or M. DOLAIN Thierry)
• Bank transfer (charge may apply, check with your bank)
• Credit card

 

Your booking will be validated when the deposit is received

 

The deposit payment means you've had agreed to this present terms and conditions

 

Payment for your stay

 

Your balance has to be paid on the last day by

 

• credit card
• cash
• cheque

 

 Cancelation

 

In case of cancelation, your deposit will be kept or may be used for a further stay booked within 12 months from your initial booking.

 

Arrival time

 

Rooms are available from 3 pm.

 

Please try not to arrive at the house after 10.30 pm and inform us for arrival after 6 pm.

 

 

Departure time

 

Rooms must be left at 11 am latest

 

 

Change of room

 

The owner reserved the right to change the room initially booked with a similar one or a bigger one. Refund can't be claimed in such circumstances. The booking price will stay the same.

 

 

Beverages

 

Drinks that are not included in the dinner will be charged on the day of departure (see drinks menu on site)

 

 

Table d’hôtes (dinner)

 

You must book at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

 

 

SERVED EVERY EVENINGS (May, June, July, August and September dinner is served every evenings but Sundays)

 

 

24 euros / person: Main course – dessert.

Cheese plate on request : 6 €

 

Children's menu available on request

 

 

 

Pets

 

Pets are welcome with previous agreements on our side with an extra charge of 11 euros per day.

 

 

Children

 

Within our property, children will be under the full responsibility of their guardian. The swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard and children under 12 or that can not swim are not permitted in the pool area unsupervised by the guardian.  

 

 

Lifestyle

 

We ask all of our guests to respect our policy to keep Les Peyrouses a calm and relaxing place.

Smoking in not permitted in the rooms.

Customers agree to respect these rules as part of our terms and conditions.

Customers are asked to leave the room as found on arrival (apart from cleaning) and declare and agree to be charged for any damage that they might have caused.

 

  

Key loss

If the house or the room keys are not returned on departure, you will be charged. In case keys are returned later, shipping cost are entirely covered by the customer.
